On Sunday Night, Broadway’s biggest stars gathered at the Beacon Theatre in New York for the 66th Annual Tony Awards.Neil Patrick Harris acted as host for the third time, honouring the best in both dramatic plays and musical theatre.

While the show’s ratings slipped to an all-time low and were even beaten by a “Family Guy” repeat, the show proved entertaining for those who follow, and are interested in, the theatre.

The musical “Once,” based on the 2006 film of the same name, was the night’s big winner with eight awards, but “Clybourne Park” and “Death of a Salesman” did well too—despite actor Philip Seymour Hoffman being snubbed for his portrayal of Willy Loman.

From Hollywood hotties to Broadway’s brightest, see who came out to celebrate this year’s Tony Awards.

Singer Sheryl Crow, a presenter, made her first public appearance since announcing earlier in June she has a benign brain tumour.

Hollywood actress Amanda Seyfried appeared in the opening monologue and later served as a presenter.

64-year-old Broadway legend Bernadette Peters was honored with the Isabelle Stevenson Award.
