Photo: Pebble, via Kickstarter
Pebble, the wildly successful smartwatch that got funded on Kickstarter, is only selling 10,000 more watches, according to an official update from the company. With 10 days left to go on its funding, we suspect that Pebble will sell out with this self-imposed ceiling.
You can pick one up for $115 using this link. When it finally lands in retail stores, Pebble will cost $150, so it’s a good value.
We had the chance to talk to Pebble founder Eric Migicovsky yesterday, and he suspects the Kickstarter campaign was such a runaway success because people can actually imagine themselves using the device.
