Whoever owns this Rolls Royce in Paris should probably move it ASAP

Days of heavy rain have caused flooding in Western Europe, and Paris is underwater.

The River Seine is due to hit a peak of almost 21 feet above its normal level today, as the flood waters in in the city continue to rise. French President Francois Hollande declared a state of emergency Thursday, and the Louvre and Orsay museums have already started moving some of their priceless works to safety.

The owner of this Rolls-Royce, who left his car parked along the Seine, is probably going to want to move it before things get worse.
