Three people were pulled from the water this morning after a tug boat capsized in New York Harbor near the Statue of Liberty, The New York Post reports.
The Coast Guard said the worker boat, named Catherine G, capsized around 9:45 a.m., WABC reports.
According to the AP, the NYPD says the people were “trying to lift something with a crane when the vessel capsized in the Hudson River.”
The crew members were taken for medical treatment but their conditions are unknown, the AP reports.
