One Big Market Streak Is Still Alive

It was looking a little hairy there for a bit, but all is well.A streak we’ve been watching for a while now — the market’s lack of days without 1% down day — is intact.

Thanks to Greece coming apart, the market flirted for much of the day with a decline in the -0.9%-1% range, but in the end the S&P only fell 0.69%.

The last time we fell 1% or more was in late December.
