On One Of The Most Important Measures Things Are Getting Much Worse For Romney

The Wall Street Journal and NBC collaborated on a poll with a lot of fascinating findings.

And it has one statistic that should terrify Romney.

The poll asked, “How would you rate Mitt Romney on the quality of “caring about average people.”

See that?

Fully one third of respondents basically think Mitt Romney doesn’t care about average people, and that’s up from one quarter just a few months ago.

The poll isn’t exactly precise as a predictive tool- because it sampled only “800 adults” instead of likely voters, but it is clear that Romney’s awkwardness about his personal wealth is hurting him. He looks out of touch.

Also from the WSJ/NBC poll: Support for gay marriage is skyrocketing. And people are blaming the government for gas prices gas prices.
