A scan of a Toys ‘R’ Us holiday catalogue from back in 1996 recently popped up on Neogaf and Reddit, and it’s a nostalgic look at the glory days of video games — and Toys ‘R’ Us, for that matter.

Toys ‘R’ Us is struggling right now, and CEO Jerry Storch said at an event in New York City back in September that the reason sales are down is because video games are flopping. In fact, video game sales are down a whopping 30 per cent in the past year at Toys ‘R’ Us.
