While czars in the past and in the East have been determined by royal blue blood, President Obama is plucking dozens of people out their academic or public service jobs to anoint them Czars.
The PR stunt to make the public believe that we not only have the right people for the jobs, but people who are even Czars, has created a media spectacle and a countdown to how many czars a federal government could have.
