The author of “Game Change,” John Heilemann, says presidential candidates generally don’t like each other much by the end of the election, what with all the attack ads and lies and ridicule and so forth.
But in the case of Obama and Romney, Heilemann says, this animosity goes beyond the usual heat-of-the-moment desire to punch your opponent in the mouth.
