NFL spokesman Greg Aiello said on Friday that the league is “reviewing the matter” of Brett Favre and the nude photos he allegedly sent to former New York Jets employee Jenn Sterger.
Since Sterger worked for an NFL team at the time of the incident, his behaviour would not only fall under the league’s personal conduct policy, it could be a violation of workplace harassment laws.
More important is that the official comment from the NFL compels major media outlets like ESPN to at least acknowledge the matter on air. Favre and his Vikings will be playing on ESPN’s Monday Night Football this week.
