It is bucketing down in Sydney.

The city was pelted with a month’s worth of rain in just 90 minutes this morning alone.

In fact, many people have chosen to just work from home today instead of dealing with the torrential conditions.

One cyclist in New Zealand, however, has found an ingenious way of protecting themselves from the rain.

Spotted this week in Wellington, the bike rider can be seen wearing a cardboard box while commuting through the city.

Interesting.

While it may have kept them dry, we’re not sure how safe it is.

Kids, don’t try this at home.
