New home sales climb, but miss expectations

The pace of new home sales in the US is rising.

According to the Census, the pace of sales climbed 4.3% to 490,000 units in November, up from 470,00 in October.

It’s important to not that October’s pace was revised down from an earlier estimate of 495,000.
