Nevermind The Rally, Stocks Open Flat

That was fun while it lasted. After a global rally, stocks are not doing a whole lot. It’s not huge in either direction, right now down just about 20 points lower on the Dow and a fraction on the S&P.

The banks still looks positive, with Citigroup up another 15% and GE above $9.
