A Netflix exec just bought this gorgeous $US20 million Malibu home

Ted Sarandos, Netflix’s chief content officer who has acquired content for Netflix since 2000, and reportedly made $US18.9 million in 2016, recently purchased a Malibu property for $US20 million with his wife, Nicole Avant.

The ocean-front, three-story main home is a modern-day Italian palazzo style with beach access and a guest house.

Sarandos purchased the property from L.A. based financier J. Blair Frank, who had rented the property to Janet Jackson in 2009. Take a look at the gorgeous space, below.

The property is 4,636-square-feet.

Views and easy access to the beach can be enjoyed from the large patio, which has various lounge areas.

The interior of the living and dining room also provide an open view.

The floors throughout the house are either polished concrete, or wide plank wood floors.

The home has four bedrooms.

One of which has built-in bunkbeds.

There's also a high-ceiling, subterranean entertainment room.

The bathrooms have spa-like showers.

Easy access to the beach from the house is a perk.

Or, there's also a pool in the back of the house.

Across the pool is a 600-square-foot guesthouse.

There are two bedrooms in the guest home.
