USA's Nathan Adrian Shocks Everyone, Wins A Gold Medal By .01 Seconds In The 100-Meter Freestyle

Underdog American Nathan Adrian just came from behind to win the men’s 100m freestyle in London.

Australia’s James “The Missile” Magnussen was the defending world champion, and the heavy favourite going into the event. Magnussen was leading with a few meters left, but Adrian passed him and won by just .01 seconds.
