Music industry titan Irving Azoff, best known for representing Christina Aguilera, Jewel, Seal, and David Archuleta, has sold his Malibu beach house for $10 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.Azoff is the executive chairman of Live Nation Entertainment and the founder of Azoff Music Management Group.
He sold the house, which was originally listed at $13.75 million, to attorney Stuart Liner and his wife, the LA Times reports. Azoff made a profit on the five-bedroom, five-bathroom house, which he bought in 2004 for $8,309,500.
The house is on the Pacific Coast Highway, or the “Best Portion of Carbon Beach,” according to the listing.
The glass floor-to-ceiling doors in the living room disappear, transforming the large deck into an extensive living room.
