Andy Murray’s Wimbledon streak continues.Murray beat a favoured Novak Djokovic in the Olympic tennis semifinals 7-5, 7-5 Friday.
It was a back-and-forth battle with minimal mistakes from both Murray and Djokovic (only 29 unforced errors and one double fault between the two).
They also matched each other in total winners with 25 and were pretty even in points won at the net (78 per cent for Murray, 73 per cent for Djokovic).
Murray and Roger Federer will face off for the gold medal in a Wimbledon finals rematch Sunday after Federer beat Juan Martin del Potro in an epic third set that went to 36 games earlier Friday.
