Markets Are Now Surging For The Third Straight Day

Alright. Starting to get a bit of a move happening here.For the third straight day, markets are pointing to big gains.

Not quite as big as the past couple of days, but nonetheless…

Germany is up 1.6%.

Italy is up 1.7%.

France up 1.7%.

US futures up modestly.

The chatter of the day: More officials talking publicly about bank recapitalizations, incluging EU President Barroso. Progress.
