Markets Are Higher Ahead Of Huge Jobs Report

The world waits for the US jobs report, which comes out at 8:30 AM ET.

It may be the most important one of the election, as it could set the tone for the final month of campaigning.

Furthermore, after that debate disaster, Obama needs a game changer.

Markets are higher. In Europe, indices are up in the range of 0.4% to 1.1%.

US futures are just above flat.
