Months after Michael C.Hall split from his “Dexter” co-star wife, Jennifer Carpenter, the actor has put his Hollywood Hills home on the market for $1.995 million.

TheĀ four-bedroom modern home, built in 1993, was designed by famous architect Hal Levitt, who is also the mastermind behind properties currently belonging to Jennifer Aniston, Lionel Ritchie, Debbie Reynolds and Dean Martin.

But this home held special meaning for Levitt, who himself lived in it from 1964 to 2004.

The house also had meaning for Hall, who purchased the property in April 2008 for $1,750,000, about seven months before he married Carpenter, who plays his adopted sister on “Dexter.”

But the couple have since split and now Hall is selling the Hollywood home the pair once shared. Images courtesy of Zillow.

The three-story home is tucked into a steep lot on a quiet canyon road in the Hollywood Hills.

It was built in 1933 by Hal Leavitt, and was the famed architect's private residence from 1964 to 2004.

Now, the couple are headed for divorce and the home is on the market for $1.995 million.

But it has a really nice kitchen!

With plenty of sunlight throughout the home's 3,535-square-foot design.

And a dining room that overlooks an outdoor pool and patio.

The bedroom also boasts amazing views of the canyon.

And a skylit bathroom with his and hers sinks.

A private office space.

A spacious work out facility downstairs.

And beautiful pool.

Complete with a private outdoor dining space.

And outdoor grill/dining area.

Perfect for the former TV couple to entertain.
