Mexico City Rocked Hit By 7.0 Earthquake

We’re seeing multiple reports of a quake at Michoacan, Mexico, on the Pacific coast.

USGS puts the quakes magnitude at 7.0.

Reuters says the quake was “shaking buildings and sending people running out of offices onto the streets of the capital Mexico City.”

UPDATE: AP reports that that Mexico City’s Mayor says there is no damage in the city. The regions closer to the epicentre are sparsely populated.
