Meanwhile Dubai Just Crashed To Its Lowest Level In 7 Years

The Dubai Financial Markets index fell 3.5% today, almost as bad as the carnage in Saudi Arabia.

Dubai is down 15% from its January high, again tracking a 22% fall in Saudi Arabia. And now the DFM General Index is at its lowest level since June 2004.
