Markets Flinch On Jobs Report Then Rally

U.S. futures sank instantly on the October jobs report but then turned green.  Dow futures are up around 20 points right now.Ahead of the report, Dow futures were down around 30 pts.  Markets turned negative at around 8:00 am when it was reported that G-20 leaders came to no agreement on IMF aid to the EFSF.
