Markets Do Nothing On The Jobs Report

The February U.S. employment situation report is out and markets aren’t really reacting. U.S. companies companies added 227k new jobs.

Futures were flat ahead of the announcement with Dow futures up 2 points and S&P futures down a quarter of a point.

Dow futures briefly jumped 25 points but are now back to being just slightly higher.

Economists were looking for 210k. BI’s official estimate was 285k.
