Markets Dive, Dow Off 100 Points

Major U.S. indices continue to head lower in late-afternoon trade, with the Dow, Nasdaq and S&P 500 all off more than 0.8 per cent.

Shares had rallied as Jamie Dimon gave testimony to the Senate banking committee, but that surge faded shortly thereafter.
