A criminal lawyer was gunned down and killed while sitting in a cafe in Bankstown, in south-western Sydney, on Tuesday afternoon.
Police continue to search for the gunman who shot Ho Ledinh in the head, at the Happy Cup cafe at Bankstown City Plaza, then fled the scene.
Emergency services responded to reports of shots fired at Bankstown City Plaza yesterday at 3.40pm. Despite NSW Ambulance Paramedics attempting to treat the victim, he died of his injuries at the scene.
Police say they believe the incident was a targeted attack.
Officers from Bankstown Local Area Command, with detectives from State Crime Command’s Homicide Squad, continue to investigate.
