The President Of Malawi Wants To Make Farting Illegal

In a bill proposed by Malawi President Bingu wa Mutharika, citizens who repeatedly pass gas in public could be punished as criminals, according to The Daily Mail.The bill is intended to make citizens “responsible and disciplined.”

Mutharika’s bill contains other bizarre offenses, such as “insulting the modesty of a woman, challenging to fight a duel, and…pretending to be a fortune teller.”
