Most are enormous, but the sizes of the top three will truly astonish you.
#11 — A lot on Beverly Park Drive sold for nearly $3 million in 1995. A 28,222-square-foot home was built on it in 1999 and today the property's market value is $11 million
#10 — The 28,660-square-foot home on Beverly Park Ct. is valued a $14.4 million. It belongs to Hungarian Steven F. Udvar Hazy, CEO of Air Lease Corp and the 409th richest person in the world, worth $3.2 billion.
#6 — The 31,335-square-foot home on on Beverly Park Circle is owned by Israeli-American Alec Gores, who is estimated to be worth $1.9 billion. The home has a total market value of roughly $31 million.
#5— The Fleur de Lys residence on North Carolwood Drive occupies nearly 35,000 square feet. It is currently listed as for sale, with a listing price of $125 million
#4 — The Le Belvedere estate on Nimes Road spans nearly 35,500 square feet. It sold for $50 million in 2010
#3 — The home on Bel Air Road sits occupies 46,000 square feet. It has a total market value of nearly $51 million
#2 — The 49,0000-square-foot home on Angelo Drive was recently developed by Hyatt Hotel heir Anthony Pritzker
#1 — The Spelling Manor spans 52,500 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $85 million to Formula One racing heir Petra Ecclestone
