If it’s true that cities like L.A., New York, Miami and Chicago dominate the food truck scene for the States, then one of the top international contenders has to be London.What was seen as a mere trend a few years back has developed into a citywide permanent structure, albeit a rolling one, and a continuing favourite among foodies, chefs and, frankly, everyone.
Food trucks have stormed the streets of London, taken over festivals, set up shop in markets and redefined the term “street café”, and our taste buds have been thanking us ever since.
If you’re struggling to decide which one to try, here’s round-up of the capital’s most high profile and most delectable moving food destinations.
