A House On London's Exclusive 'Billionaire Row' Is On Sale For $158 Million

A neoclassical home on a private road in London’s exclusive Kensington neighbourhood is being sold for $158 million, Bloomberg reports.

If it sells for anywhere near that price, it would become one of the most expensive homes in London. It was previously owned by Noam Gottesman, chairman of hedge-fund manager GLG Partners Inc., who sold it in 2008.

It was reported that the home was purchased by Indian mogul Lakshmi Mittal for his son for $184 million, though that sale was never confirmed.

Most of the other properties on the private road, Palace Green, are embassies. The heightened security is a big draw for potential buyers, Bloomberg reported.
