Lance Armstrong Is Now Dominating A New Sport And Wants To Be World Champion

Having retired from cycling, Lance Armstrong has now turned his attention to triathlons. And earlier this week, he proved this is not just a recreational endeavour as he won his second straight half-triathlon, leading up to Ironman France later this month.

Triathlons are actually not a new endeavour for Armstrong. He was a professional triathlete at the age of 16 and even appeared on the cover of Triathlon magazine when he was 15.

Armstrong is hoping to qualify for the 2012 World Ironman Championship in Hawai’i in October.
