This fall, Green Mountain Coffee Roaster’s Keurig-cup patents fall, and The Kroger Company will be sure to capitalise.Earlier today, Kroger announced that it will start selling store-branded coffee that fits into the Keurig brewing machines.

Green Mountain Coffee Roasters’ stock fell 8 per cent today.
