Here’s another pesky lawsuit for Apple to deal with.
Kodak says Apple’s iPhone is infringing two patents that relate to image previewing and the processing of images.
It also filed a lawsuit against Research In Motion citing similar charges.
Kodak is looking for “fair compensation” for its technology.
In the release, Kodak says, “We’ve had discussions for years with both companies in an attempt to resolve this issue amicably, and we have not been able to reach a satisfactory agreement.”
Apple is currently fighting off Nokia, who says “virtually all” of Apple’s gadgets and computers infringe on Nokia patents.
