Only Half Of People Who Bought A Kindle Fire Are Totally Happy With It

54% of Kindle Fire customers are very satisfied with their devices, according to a study by ChangeWave Research.Another 38% are somewhat satisfied.

By comparison, numbers from a November 2011 survey indicate that 74% of iPad customers were happy with their tablets.

The survey found that the most-liked aspect of the Fire is the price, followed quickly by the display.

The least popular aspect? The lack of a physical volume button.

Amazon doesn’t necessarily need to worry about only 54% total satisfaction with the Fire — with such easy acccess to the online retailer, 29% of Kindle Fire users said they plan to spend more money than usual through Amazon. Only 20% said they weren’t planning on making a purchase within the next 90 days.
