- On Monday, Kate Hudson was featured on a friend’s Instagram story while they exercised together.
- Her friend, Erin Foster, took a video of Hudson breastfeeding her daughter in the middle of their workout.
- “Motherhood doesn’t slow us down,” Foster wrote in a follow-up video, which showed Hudson holding her baby girl while doing a gentle leg exercise.
For Kate Hudson, like many mums, the ability to multitask is paramount – and she demonstrated this skill during a Monday morning workout.
Hudson, who was exercising with two of her friends, stopped to breastfeed in the middle of the session, as Erin Foster documented on her Instagram story.
“Motherhood doesn’t slow us down,” Foster wrote in a follow-up video, which showed Hudson holding her baby girl while doing a gentle leg exercise.
Fittingly, Foster selected the song “Money” by Cardi B to play in the background. Cardi recently gave birth to her own daughter, Kulture, and the music video for “Money” even has a scene with Cardi breastfeeding.
Hudson gave birth to her third child, Rani Rose, in early October.
She recently said she would be raising her daughter with a “genderless” approach, though she later clarified that statement.
The 39-year-old shared a lengthy note on her Instagram Monday criticising the media for how it covered her comments on gender and parenting.
“Recently someone asked me something along the lines of, if having and raising a girl is different from boys,” Hudson wrote. “My response was simple. Not really. This whole click bait [sic] tactic of saying I’m raising my daughter to be ‘genderless’ is silly and frankly doesn’t even make sense.”
She continued: “I raise and will continue to raise my children, both my boys and girl, to feel free to be exactly who they want to be. To feel confident in their life choices and feel loved and supported no matter what. Me saying a ‘genderless approach’ was a way of re-focusing the conversation in a direction that could exist outside of the female stereotype.”
