As we reported on Friday, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel said “I do” at an Italian resort with friends and family on October 19.The wedding supposedly took place at Borgo Egnazia, a five-star hotel with stunning views of Roman ruins and the Mediterranean sea.
E! Online first reported that the wedding potentially set the couple back $6.5 million. The cost factors in if Timberlake and Biel rented out the entire hotel, paid for their guests’ flights, and hired security staff, not to mention helicopter tours for their guests to take in the surroundings.
Welcome to the gorgeous Italian resort, Borgo Egnazia. It's located close to the town of Puglia as well as the Mediterranean Sea.
Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake reportedly booked the entire resort, including the 63 rooms and 28 villas.
The decor of the Borgo Egnazia is shabby-chic, with creamy limestone interiors that are perfect for a wedding.
The villas each feature three bedrooms for up to six guests as well as a 2 living rooms and a kitchen/dining area.
You can lounge outside and take in the Borgo Egnazia garden scenery, which includes olive trees, jasmines, prickly pears, lemon trees, and flowers.
The resort offers a series of restaurants, including the Due Camini Restaurant with typical Apulian dishes.
There's even cooking classes where guests can learn to cook specialty Borgo Egnazia dishes in the Trattoria Mia Cucina kitchen.
The architecture is reproduced according to characteristic Apulian historical structures, and is made of local stone.
The beach club is a 10-minute walk away from the resort, where guests can play in the ocean or have fish grilled before their eyes at the restaurant.
