HOUSE OF THE DAY: Jerry Seinfeld Is Selling His $18.3 Million Ski Home In Colorado

Comedian Jerry Seinfeld is selling his 14,200 square foot home in Telluride, Colo., for $18.25 million, according to the WSJ.The house was built in 1991, and has gone through extensive renovations in the past few years.

On 26 acres of land complete with ski trails, the house has views of two ski mountains, a 5,500 square foot deck, a heated garage, a hot tub, and a steam shower, perfect for warming up after hitting the slopes.

Added bonus: it’s offered fully-furnished.
