Jawbone Wants To Give You A No-Questions-Asked Refund If You Hate Your UP

When Jawbone’s UP became available to the public, it didn’t take too long for people to become disenchanted with it.The wireless exercise and sleep tracking device tended to malfunction, not syncing with computers properly and not holding a charge.

Jawbone has released an announcement that it will offer a no-questions-asked refund policy on the UP in order to win back customer confidence.

From today until December 31, people who bought an UP can receive $109.43 in cash or $150 in credit on Jawbone products.
