Japanese Auto Stocks Sink After Toyota Reveals Supply Disruption

Toyota shares plunged 1.6% in early trading on the Nikkei, following the announcement of a supply issues that will cause factory shutdowns in America. Toyota gets 15% of its parts from Japanese factories, some of which were damaged in the earthquake.

Honda dropped 1.73% and Nissan was down 1.2%.

The Nikkei opened was down 0.3% after half an hour of trading.
