Jamie Dimon Is Now Offering A Reward For Embarrassing Stories About His Commercial Banking Head

Jamie Dimon

JP Morgan CEO Jamie Dimon was half-bank CEO and half-entertainer at a lunchtime chat he gave at the Simon School of Business’ Annual NYC Financial Conference.

Dimon sat down for a chat with Doug Petno, JPM’s CEO of commercial banking, after receiving the Executive of the Year award from the Simon Business School this afternoon. The talk focused the state of the global economy, financial markets and regulation, but ended on a much lighter note—

“Did anyone know Doug from his school days? Any former girlfriends here?”  Dimon asked the crowd. (Penton is a graduate of the Simon School of Business and many alums were in attendance at the event)

“jamie dot dimon at jpmorganchase.com. An award for the best story!” he announced to laughter from the audience.

We’re not sure what prompted the teasing, but we think Dimon’s been tuning in to all this talk about President Obama’s former girlfriends.

In any case, there is now a perfectly good reason to email Jamie Dimon.
