His argument: Stocks are still dirt cheap, the effects of QE haven’t even kicked in yet, and though there may not be much stimulus in the US left, Japan is about to kick in with a big boost. A good observation: The last 7 weeks have been a mirror — replete with Greece doom headlines — of the 7 weeks before July 4 last year.
