The opening bell has yet to ring and already an Occupy Wall Street protester has already been arrested.Business Insider’s Lisa Du is reporting from Midtown Manhattan, where a man that other protesters are identifying as a Vietnam vet was arrested for allegedly holding up traffic on the intersection of 42nd Street and 6th Avenue.
He was arrested as he and about 100 other protesters headed to Bank of America.
So while the rest of the city was quiet, the Park was teeming with activity. About 200 protesters formed picket lines and received marching orders to head to HSBC, News Corp. and other locations.
We’ll keep you posted. More protesters are expected to head to and from Bryant Park throughout the day.
