Italian Bonds Continue To Go On A Tear

The yield on the Italian 10-year is down to about 5.3%, a low not seen since last September.

Ever since the first LTRO they’ve been on a total tear, as traders bet that the contagion risk is off.

We’ll see soon whether the results of the new LTRO have any impact on this.
