Is the market starting to predict some kind of massive transfer of wealth out of Germany and into the periphery?
All the buzz today is about some kind of “Master Plan” to guarantee banks or something.
That would basically mean: German taxpayers footing the bill for others.
And as such: Spain vs. Germany (as demonstrated of this chart of the Spain ETF vs. the German ETF) is up 4.7 per cent today, reversing a big trend.
