Next-gen humans are starting to form an evolutionary defence against AIDS

Every year hundreds of thousands are infected with the HIV virus. However, an Oxford-led study revealed something unprecedented in a group of children in South Africa: a built-in defence against HIV that prevents the virus from attacking the body and advancing to AIDS.
