The Huffington Post launched Wednesday in the United Kingdom, and several big names have signed on to be unpaid bloggers (via The Telegraph).
Although he has not of yet written a post, former Prime Minister Tony Blair is reportedly on board to contribute to the site.
Actor Ricky Gervais, Former Prime Minister Gordon Brown’s wife Sarah Brown, Culture Minister Jeremy Hunt, and Alastair Campbell have already contributed pieces to the site.
It looks like big names in the UK weren’t deterred from signing up to contribute to the Huffington Post despite the $105 million dollar lawsuit unpaid bloggers took up against Huffington in the United States.
That said, we doubt any of these stars need the money.
