Thanks to Yahoo and Google, iPhone users can get unlimited photo storage for free.
Yahoo’s Flickr gives users 1 terabyte of storage at no cost. Google’s Google+ gives users unlimited storage at no cost.
This is super handy because iPhone photos take up more space than anything else on the phone (aside from maybe music).
Photos also happen to be irreplaceable. You should be backing up photos, just in case something happens to your phone. But, doing a backup is a pain.
Well, not anymore! We’ve got this handy guide for iPhone users to back up every photo they take without ever having to think about it.
And, unlike Dropbox or Apple’s iCloud, this won’t cost you a thing.
For Flickr, just download the “If This Then That” application, then find the “recipe” that will automatically send iPhone photos to Flickr. For Google+, just download the Google+ which has the auto backup option baked in.
Here’s a visual step-by-step guide:
Step 1: Download “If This Then That” from the App Store. (Link here.)
