A few months ago we turned to Fashism.com, a site where users submit photos and rate outfits in real time, to see what people are wearing to job interviews these days. Now that the summer months are approaching, and a new crew of graduates is hitting the pavement searching for work, we decided to check out the site again.

While fashion stylist Angie Cox points out that it’s impossible to create a universal outfit that’s appropriate for every industry, a straightforward rule is to err on the side of conservative.

We’ve compiled ratings for a bunch of interview outfits. Tell us what you think in the comments.
