In recent years she’s been very open about how staying in shape can be difficult and require a lot of work but she still keeps up her fitness routine. In October 2018, following a major shoulder surgery, the actress even shared videos of herself working out at the gym while wearing a sling.

Cuoco said she tried a lot of classes before she fell in love with hot yoga
It’s no secret thatCuoco is a huge fan of horseback riding, but the “Big Bang Theory” star has said she mostly rides for her mental health, so when it comes to her physical health, she exercises in other ways.
Like other stars, the actress seems to swear by fitness classes, but she has said it was hard for her to find the perfect one. In 2016, Cuoco told Women’s Health magazine that she tried almost every fitness style and class to find the workout she really loves.
“I tried spinning, I tried running, I tried Pilates. I realised I don’t like running … I refuse to do it,” Cuoco told the publication. Eventually, she said she fell in love with hot yoga.
In 2017, Cuoco said she does hot yoga five days a week
Cuoco is an outspoken fan of hot yoga which is performed in a heated room and is generally more intense than traditional yoga.
“Doing yoga five times a week has transformed my body,” Cuoco told Shape magazine in 2017. “I love being toned and having muscle; it’s so sexy and beautiful. And I owe it 100% to yoga.”
Although she loves hot yoga, in 2018 she said that she does occasionally get ‘bored’ with it and switch up her routine
“If I get a little bit bored, I’ll switch over to SoulCycle, which I love, too,” she said in a 2018 interview with Women’s Health magazine. “It’s all or nothing. I’m hot or cold. I’m not a grey area. So if I’m doing yoga, we’re doing it every day this week …Then I’m like, ‘Oh my god, I have to switch.'”
Cuoco also seems to be a regular at the gym and she reportedly focuses on working out her abs and arms
Cuoco also appears to be a regular at the gym based on her recent Instagram posts.
In a February 2019 video with her personal trainer Ryan Sorenson, Cuoco can be seen doing moves like side planks, squat holds, kettlebell squats, dumbbell chest presses, and forearm planks.
In 2017, her former trainer George C. King told Shape magazine that Cuoco does a lot of abs-, arm-, and butt-focused workouts and she is especially a fan of squat jumps and plank jumping jacks.
In terms of her diet, Cuoco said she doesn’t eat meat though she does eat fish
In 2016, Cuoco told Women’s Health magazine that she was “done” with meat, though she does eat fish.
In a typical day, Cuoco said she eats things like peanut butter and vegetables
In that same interview, she told Women’s Health magazine that for breakfast she’ll typically have some peanut butter on toast, for lunch she has half of a sandwich, and for dinner she usually eats fish and vegetables. If she needs a snack, she said she’ll reach for an apple and peanut butter.
In terms of snacks, the actress has also previously expressed her love for Golden Double Stuff Oreos.
In 2015, Cuoco said she changed her diet and cut out ‘crap’
Before getting married to Karl Cook in 2018, Cuoco was married to professional tennis player Ryan Sweeting from 2013 to 2016. In 2015, Cuoco told Us Weekly magazine Sweeting’s eating habits impacted her own diet.
“[Sweeting] … eats so much. When we first got married, it was so much fun to eat like him. We got into this habit we called the bedtime snack. The drawers next to the bed were filled with candy,” she told the publication.
But she said realising that this was mindless eating helped her entirely change her diet. “Our refrigerator and pantry have completely changed because we don’t eat crap anymore. No more soda, chips, cereal,” she added.
In the past, Cuoco has also said she makes sure to have a cheat day every week
A cheat day or cheat meal is a way some people “reward” themselves with certain foods after eating healthily throughout the week and, in 2015, Cuoco said cheat days are necessary for her.
“I have to have a cheat day. I know when I’m being good all week long that come Sunday, I’m going to lie by the pool, have a drink, and eat some pizza,” she also told Us Weekly magazine in 2015. “Then I wake up on Monday morning and I’m all ready to start the week again. I’m just going to be in a bad mood all the time if there’s no light at the end of the tunnel.”
In 2016, she told Women’s Health magazine that one of her favourite cheat meals is fast-food chain In-N-Out’s “grilled cheeses, massive fries, and a shake.”
