After multiple price chops in more than a year on the market, a Mediterranean-style mansion in San Francisco’s Telegraph Hill neighbourhood has finally sold for $US9.98 million, according to Curbed SF.
It first listed for $US16 million in May 2014, property records show. The price dropped to $US14.89 million in October, then to $US13 million in February before falling even further to $US11 million in May.
With lots of Italian-inspired art throughout, the house is beautiful, but its detached garage and motor court is what makes it truly unique.
According to the listing, it comes with its very own Tesla charging station, though there’s no word on whether the car is part of the package.
Hopefully the new owner already has a Tesla.
There's also lots of fascinating art all over the property, including this mosaic on one of the upper patios.
The kitchen is spacious and comes with all of the necessary built-in appliances, though we don't think the dog is included in the deal.
